This will be the second year in a row without an automatic Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) since they went into effect in 1975.In light of the upcoming 2012 Presidential Election, the Social Security Administration needs to do SOMETHING to avoid the potential wrath of the AARP and its subsequent senior voter outrage.
